Ordering Delivery? How to Keep Your Burger Hot and Crispy

Small habits that make a delivered meal taste closer to eating at the restaurant.
Delivery food travels in a closed box, and a closed box traps steam. That steam is what softens fries and crispy chicken. A few simple habits make a big difference.
Open the box as soon as it arrives. Letting the steam out keeps the fries crisp and the bun from getting damp. If the fries are in a separate pack, open that one first.
Eat while it is hot. A burger is best within the first minutes. If you are ordering for a group, ask everyone to be ready at the table when the delivery arrives.
Be easy to reach. After you send an order from the cart, we call to confirm it. Write a clear delivery address in the cart, including the building, the floor and a nearby landmark, and keep your phone close so the order is not delayed.
Tell us what you need. Use the order notes for changes such as no onions or extra sauce, and for any food allergy. Ask us about the ingredients of any dish before you order.
If you must reheat. Warm the patty in a pan or a hot oven rather than the microwave, and crisp the fries in an oven or an air fryer for a few minutes. The bun is best toasted lightly instead of reheated with the burger.
You can pay cash on delivery or when you pick the order up yourself.
